BBO CRM app for iPhone and iPad

This app has been designed for users of BBO who work in field with clients and would like to manage their tasks, client files and read news from BBO server. The app enables the user to manage his/her prospect lists, make appointments, organise tasks, enter alerts and submit new business to the BBO server. The app has the added benefit of allowing the user to work whilst offline and synchronise with the server once the user is connected again.

News

The News section is the home page of the app and is designed to automatically reflect the news module in BBO. There are two sections to the News, External and Provider. The External news is general financial news but the Provider news is slightly different. Here Product Providers can place news items for the user to read, we are working on encouraging Product Providers to use this space so if the user has any suggestions, they can let us (and the product provider) know that they would like to see their articles here.

Clients

User can enter all contact details in this area along with details of existing client portfolios. The user has the ability to back up all their data by synchronising with the BBO server.

Tasks

The Task section is linked to the calendar and allows the user to record appointments or reminders to any task that they may need to complete during a working day and get notified by alerts. App user can also add tasks related to a particular client.

Calendar

Every Task that the app user adds to the app will appear on their Calendar. Days where the user has Tasks to complete are represented by an exclamation mark on the Calendar serving to remind the user that they are there. Tapping the date offers a list in time order of all the Tasks the user has to complete on that day.

HiFX

The BBO app also offers its users the chance to introduce their contacts and clients to HiFX. HiFX is a very well respected currency exchange company based and regulated in the UK.
BBO have selected HiFX to do this job for the company based on the fact that they are large company based in the UK and regulated by the FSA. The dealing is simple to do and all online, their systems are accurate, secure and they offer excellent rates, saving as much as 5% when compared with some high street banks.
